Nolen gur- a delicacy Bengalis go crazy for as winter approaches. An innovative ice cream easy to make at home without an ice cream churner- a must try!
INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 500 ml
Milk powder - 1 cup
Suger dust - 1/2 cup
Nolen gur ( melted ) - 1 cup
METHOD:
Put all ingredients into the food processor . Mix them very well for 5 minutes . Then put the mixture into a bowl (whichever shape you want) and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 hours or till the ice cream is set.
TIPS: Garnish with melted warm nolen gur and serve.
