INGREDIENTS:
Bread - 4 pieces (cut into rounds)
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cup (to taste)
Khowa kheer - 20 gm
Saffron - 1 pinch
Pistachios - 1 tsp, finely chopped for garnish
METHOD:
Heat the pan and put milk and boil it for 5 - 8 minutes in low flame . Now put the khowa kheer , sugar , saffron in the pan and mix well by stiring constantly for 5 - 7 minutes . When you think that your milk is ready switch off the flame .
Let it cool for a while . Now take a plate and place the bread with some space and put milk mixture and rest them 5 - 6 minutes .
Garnish it with saffron and pistachios.
TIPS: Either eat immediately or refrigerate it and have it cold.
