Chocolate Mocha Pot de Crème- Don’t be taken back by the fancy name, it is very simple to make.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Chocolate - 50 gm (any dark chocolate)
2. Cream - 1/2 cup
3. Salt - 1/8 tsp
4. Coffee - 1/2 tsp
5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
1. First cut the chocolate into very small pieces. Then put it in a bowl and add salt and coffee.
2. Next in a big bowl put the cream and add the sugar.
3. Put the bowl on the stove, and stir it very well and boil for few minutes.
4. Put the boiled cream into the chocolate bowl. Let it rest for 1 minute. Then stir it very well.
5. Pour it into coffee/tea cups.
6. Put it in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
7. Serve cold.
TIPS: Garnish with chopped assorted nuts or pipe in a swirl of cream on top.
