INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1/2-1 cup approximately
Fresh Mango Pulp 1cup
Condensed milk 200 grams or according to sweetness you prefer.
Thick yoghurt whisked 1 cup
Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins all blanched and peeled ( optional ) I have used mango pulp to top the yoghurt.
METHOD:
Heat sufficient water in a pressure cooker. Add condensed milk and yogurt and whisk together till well blended, now add milk if the mixture seems to be too thick and adjust sweetness.
Add almonds, pistachios and raisins or even cubed mangoes. Cover the pan with cling wrap or foil tightly and seal it all around.
Place the pan in the cooker. Put the lid on and steam the cooker, without putting the weight, for about 30-40 minutes.
Take it out of the cooker and set aside to cool to room temperature. You can even steam them directly in serving bowls in small portions, just lower the steaming time.
Chill in the refrigerator top with mango pieces and pulp before serving and enjoy.
TIPS: I do not recommend to make this in a microwave.
