INGREDIENTS:
Mango - 1 medium size (Finely chopped)
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (you can use sugar free)
Milk - 2 cup
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Dry fruits - 2 tbsp (Optional)
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp finely chopped (for garnishing)
METHOD:
Boil the milk in a saucepan.
Heat a pan , put the ghee . Then add semolina and roast it for 1-2 minutes in medium flame . Now add mango and mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes .
Add boiled milk and mix well cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame .
Then add sugar and dry fruits, mix everything well , cook it until dry.
TIPS: Mango Sheera can be serve hot or cold , garnish with cashew nuts , dry fruits , raisins & finely chopped mango.
