INGREDIENTS:
Besan - 1 cup (Bengali gram flour)
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts for garnishing
METHOD:
Heat a flat pan, put in some ghee . Once the ghee is hot add besan and mix well . Keep stirring till it changes colour . Then switch off the flame . Now keep the mixture aside to completely cool down (About for 30 minutes)
Once the mixture cools down , add powder sugar and cardamom powder mix everything well and make medium sized Ladoos and garnish each ladoo with a cashew nut .
TIPS: You can store it in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
