Serves: 8-10 pieces
An easy recipe to make chocolates at home!
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate - 200 gms (chopped)
Almond powder - 3 tbsp
Milk powder - 5 tbsp
Condensed Milk - 2 - 3 tbsp
Big sugar cubes - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave for about 30 - 40 seconds .
Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes .
Take a bowl amd add the coarsely ground almond powder , milk powder and condensed milk (just enough to bind everything together) and then mix everything until it turns into a soft dough . Then make small balls from the dough .
Take a piping bag and fill it with the tempered chocolate . Now take your choice shaped mould , snip the piping bag and fill half the mould the chocolate then top the mould slightly and then push the almond balls inside the chocolate , next fill the remaining mould with chocolate and top it once again to even out everything .
Put it in freezer to set for about 15 - 30 minutes .
Take the chocolate out of the refrigerator and top the mould upside down to unmould the chocolate .
TIPS: Garnish with toppings of your choice.
