INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Oreo cookies - 200 gm (10-12 biscuits)
Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
Milk - 3 tbsp
For Ice cream:
Cream - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk maid - 1 cup
Chocolate Sauce - 3 tbsp
METHOD:
First grind the oreo biscuits in the food processor and blend until crumbs form .
Then add melted butter and milk to the biscuits crumbles and grind again until evenly moistened .
Now remove the mixture (like a dough) in a tart tray with the back spoon and your fingers press them where necessary , into the bottom edges tart pan and seat it in freezer just for few minutes .
Now take a bowl put cream and milk maid and sugar, mix it and whipped until the smooth and creamy mixture.
Now take out the tart tray in freezer .
Then put the smooth creamy mixture filling over crust , and spread chocolate sauce on top .
Now seat it in refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours before serving .
Serve cold.
TIPS: You can use any garnish of your choice- strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce, you name it!
