What you need:
1. Tempered Chocolate
(Try using a premium quality chocolate, I used Lindt. Remember the difference between tempering and melting your chocolate, please read my post on tempering chocolate. If you simply melt the chocolate bar, the cocoa butter compounds wont properly break up so it will not set in your moulds)
2. Salted Caramel Sauce

3. Mini cupcake moulds
1. Make sure you butter your cupcake moulds if you aren't using silicon ones!
TIPS: put them in individual cupcake liners and gift them in a box!
