It's a professional equipment and I'd suggest for a home baker, measuring cups and spoons are a cheaper and better alternative.
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
TIPS: Chocolate Frosting
In a bowl beat 100g butter and 200g icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until light and fluffy. In another bowl make a cocoa paste by combing 40g cocoa powder with 2 tbsp water. Combine the cocoa paste with the light fluffy mixuture. Fill in a pipping bag with a star nozzle. Decorate with sprinkles and serve.
