For making the arrangements: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS:
1. For caramel syrup:
Sugar: 1/4 cup.
Butter: 10 g.
2. For the pudding:
Eggs : 4
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence : 1.5 - 2 teaspoon
Milk : 2 1/2 cups
Whipped cream or fresh amul cream - 2 tablespoon full (optional)
METHOD :
1. Make The Sticky Caramel.
In a heavy bottomed pan (made of steel and NOT non stick) sprinkle 1/4th cup of sugar. As the sugar starts burning a little bit, add sprinkles of water over them. Then, add a cube of butter (5-7 gms) and let it melt. Turn the gas into medium flame and keep stirring till it turns into a sticky reddish-brown mixture.
3. Heat a momo steamer. If you don't have a momo steamer then, place a metallic ring in a pressure cooker. Add 4 cups of water and heat.
4. Heat milk mildly and it should be used only when it is warm and not very hot. Take a bowl and add 4 eggs. Then add half cup of sugar and whisk. Then add the milk and whisk.
6. Strain the mixture into the moulds where the caramel has been set.
7. Cover the moulds with aluminum foil. And place them in the momo steamer bowls. And stem for 25-30 mins! Or, place the moulds over the metallic ring in the pressure cooker and steam for 25-30 minutes.
