INGREDIENTS:
1 cup black grapes( slice each in half)
200 gm butter
200 gm powdered sugar
200 gm flour
3 eggs
1/2 tbspoon baking powder
Vanilla essence- 1 tbsp
A Pinch of salt
A Pinch of powdered nutmeg
A Pinch of powderd cinnamon stick
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 200 deg Celsius.
Place the grapes in a bowl and add 2 to 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, a tiny bit of salt and just a few strands of lemon zest to get that citrusy flavour and keep it aside .
Mix the butter and the powdered sugar till well combined. A
dd one egg at a time and whisk it well.
Now in another bowl mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Slowly start mixing with egg mixture .
Once well combined, put the vanilla and the sliced grapes and just fold them all gently.
Pour the cake batter into the baking dish and put it in the oven which at 200 deg Celsius for 35 mins.
When it's done, take it out of oven and let it cool completely.
Dust some powdered sugar on top and serve.
