1 cup juice (strawberry/orange/grape or any fruit of your choice)
1 cup water
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Method:
- Dissolve the agar agar with water. (Pass the agar agar through a sieve)
- Combine juice, sugar and water mixture in a sauce pan. (Again, pass the sugar through a sieve)
- Put on medium heat. Bring to boil and let it boil for about 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Pour the mixture into jelly moulds. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
TIPS: I made a strawberry jelly. For decoration I used fresh strawberries, strawberry coulis and a chocolate spoon!
