Serves: 8 inch square brownie slab
These aren’t your regular ol’ brownies. No flour, no baking. Intrigued? These brownies are made using dark chocolate and coconut- a match made in heaven. The finely grated coconut adds a beautiful sweet texture to the dark chocolate cake.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Dark Chocolate - 100 g
2. Coconut (finely grated) - 1
3. Milk - 1 cup
4. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
5. Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
6. Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
7. Raisins - 1tbsp
8. Cashew nuts - 10 g (chopped)
9. Butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in pan and add all ingredients (grated coconut, chocolate , cocoa powder , milk , condensed milk , dry fruits and sugar powder) and then cook it until the mixture becomes thick, while stirring continuously on medium flame .
2. Now switch off the flame and immediately transfer it into a butter greased baking tray and keep aside.
3. Let it cool down come to room temperature and then cut it into square pieces with a sharp knife.
4. Serve with ice cream.
TIPS: Garnish the brownies with melted white chocolate.
