Spicy, decadent pawns that goes well with any Chinese style fried rice or even perfect to be served alone as an appetizer!

INGREDIENTS:
- 4-6 pieces of prawns
- Lime
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 capsicum cut into squares (optional)
- 2-3 dried red chilies, soaked in water (at least one hour)
- 2-3 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil
- Spring onion for garnish
METHOD:
- Marinate prawns with lime for at least an hour. ( I usually prefer marinating my prawns overnight, to make it tender and get rid of the smell)
- In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic, onion, ginger and saute. Now add capsicum (optional). Add the red chilies and green chilies. Mix well.
- Add the marinated prawns. Cook the prawns on high heat until they are cooked through.
- Now add red chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar. Toss the contents of the wok and ensure everything is combined well.
- Take off the head and serve well.
TIPS: Garnish with spring onions and add a big slice of lime!
