This is popular and traditional Indian drink, perfect for summer.
INGREDIENTS:
Yoghurt - 100 gms
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Crushed cubes
Pistachio & Saffron for Garnish
METHOD:
First put the yoghurt into the blender and blend it for 2 - 3 minutes . Then put all the ingredients (salt , ice cubes) into the yoghurt and mix well.
Your lassi is ready!
TIPS: Serve cold.
