Mango or Aam Panna is easy to make and perfect for summer!
IINGREDIENTS:
Raw Mango - 1 medium size
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes - 10 pieces
Cold water - 1 cup
Lemon rings for garnish
METHOD:
First wash the mango thoroughly and add 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker and cook it .
Let them cool down completely .
Then peel the skin and remove the pulp of the mango with your hands .
Pour the pulp in a big bowl add salt to taste , black pepper , sugar and few ice cubes, mix it .
Now take blender and put the mixture and blend it about 5 minutes .
Please taste it to adjust all the other ingredients as per the sourness of the mango .
Remove onto a bowl and add cool water and mix well .
Now take 4 glasses and put few ice cubes and the mango mixture .
Serve cold and garnish with lemon ring.
TIPS: Always boil the mango with the skin on for more flavour.
