Ginger and Orange is a heavenly combination. Every time I go out to dine at a restaurant, this has been a constant. I adapted this recipe from Southern Living and it is so very easy to make and goes well for get-togethers, parties and barbeques! This is perfect for summer. For those who have attained their legal drinking age, add in vodka and enjoy this refreshing cocktail. Serve this at your next party, and you will surely have many happy guests!
INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (Alternatively, you can use bottled orange juice, in that case skip the club soda)
2. 1 cup chilled club soda (you can alternatively use a can of ginger ale, in that case no additional ginger require)
3. 2 tsp sugar
4. 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, crushed
5. Orange slices (to garnish- optional)

METHOD:
1. In a pitcher, mix the orange juice, sugar and add the crushed ginger juice and stir well till combined.
