Summer special, homemade cold Mango smoothie to freshen up your day!
INGREDIENTS:
Mango - 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Sugar - 3 tbsp (you can use sugar free)
Vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts & Vanilla ice cream (1 scoop) for garnishing
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it for 3-4 minutes until you get a smooth paste .
Now take 2 glasses and put the mango mixture. Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream , some mango pieces and garnish with chopped cashew nuts.
TIPS: You may refrigerate the mango mixture till cold before serving it.
