Easy, quick, tasty starter!
INGREDIENTS:
Potato - 2 big size
White oil for deep fry
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Water - 1 cup
Stick - 2 ( medium size )
METHOD:
Cut the potatoes in ring size . Then put the potato rings in stick . Mix the cornstarch and water and black pepper and turmeric .
Then put the potato rings into the the batter and drop the stick into hot white oil in a pan . Deep fry it until their colour turns golden brown .
Serve it with your favourite sauce.
TIPS: Health conscious readers can roast the rings in the oven in stead of deep frying it.
