A delicious French appetizer- flavourful boiled potatoes in a bread crumb coating deep fried.
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4-5
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
1) Boil the potatoes, peel them, and cool them for a while.
2) Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or spatula. Add salt pepper according along with butter and chopped parsley.
3) Add 50 gram breadcrumbs and mix everything well.
4) Make rolls of about 3 inches of the potatoes
5) Dip the rolls into the whisked egg, roll it breadcrumbs until well covered.
6) Deep fry them.
7) Serve hot.
TIPS: Serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
