INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pieces chicken ham sliced into strips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved and pitted
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 2-3 tbsp boiled peas
- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
- In a bowl place the tomatoes, lettuce and peas. Drizzle some olive oil and apple cider vinegar, Give it a good toss. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Place the chicken strips on top of the salad and season with oregano and salt.
- Serve with grilled toast.
