A classic chicken patty stuffed with cheese. And it's so very easy to make! Could it be any better?
What you need:
1. Chicken Keema (200 gms for two patties)
2. Cheese cubes.
3. Herbs of your choice.
4. Barbecue sauce/ Honey Mustard.
5. Onions.
6. Baking powder.
How to make:-
1. Mix the chicken keema with salt, pepper and seasoning of you choice. Add a pinch of baking powder. Marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Rub oil on both hands to prevent sticking. Take a quarter of the keema and flatten and circle it on you palm. Place a cheese cube (or half of it if you want a thinner patty) in the centre and cover it with another quarter of the keema.
3. Form a round patty and make sure the edges completely surround the cheese.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry a few slices of onions. Fry till golden brown and remove.
5. Add more oil and carefully add the patty on the pan. Fry till both sides are equally golden brown.
6. Toast buns and spread barbecue sauce or honey mustard or any dressing of your choice. Add the fired onions and add the patty on top and any other layers of lettuce/onions/dressing as you desire. Top it off with the top bun and enjoy hot!
