INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 500g
Dahi - 200 g
Whole garam masala (green cardamom 2 , black pepper corn 4-5 ,cinnamon stick 1" 1 piece)
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Green chillies slices - 2 pieces
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chillies paste - 1 tsp
Kastoori Methi - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
First marinate the Chicken pieces with dahi,black pepper powder ,green chillies paste ,some salt , kasoori methi and oil 1 tsp, mix it well all together and keep aside for 1 -2 hours in freezer.
Now heat the pan with in 1 tbsp white oil then add garlic , ginger paste and green chillies paste stir it for few seconds.
Then add cumin powder , coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix it well and cook it.
Then add marinated chicken , salt to taste , green chillies slices and 1/2 water and mix it well . Let it cook until chicken pieces are boiling properly, keeping the pan covered .
Then add fresh cream and coriander leaves (very finely chopped) and mix it well and cook for 1 minute then switch off the flame .
Dahi Chicken is Ready to be served .
