Ingredients:
For Peeta Bread:
1kg All purpose flour
100 Mg Dry Yeast
Salt to taste
200gms Corn flour
1cup lukewarm water
For the sauce:
400gms Curd
4-8pcs raw garlic or garlic paste
Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Lemon
For Chicken Marination:
1kg Chicken Breast piece
1 teaspoon pepperika powder
1Teaspoon white pepper
1tsp Garlic
1Teasp Lime juice
Method:
- First prepare the peeta Bread bt taking All purpose flour then add salt in it and 200 gms of cornflour and 100mg yeast and then knead it with lukewarm water and keep it aside.
- For preparing Shawarma sauce we need to take 400 gms of Curd,add chopped garlic,Mayonnaise,salt,olive oil and lemon juice .
- Grill the marinated chicken bt 1 tbsp oil on a Pan or OTG.
- When everything is ready we need to make Round breads in a pan from the peeta Bread then inside the bread we meed to put shredded capsicum ,onion and the shredded chicken and the shawarma sauce .
- Make into rolls and serve with pickled onions and chillies.
