Ditch pre-packaged jars of peanut butter and make this delicious and quick peanut butter fir breakfast at home. Pack them in cute mason jars and you can even gift these!
INGREDIENTS:
Peanuts - 1 cup (100 gm)
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar - 2 tbsp / Honey - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp (Optional for creaminess)
METHOD:
Take all the ingredients (peanut, sugar, oil, salt,cocoa powder) in a food processor and blend it and continue to process until peanut butter is very smooth . This may take a while . However, do not over beat it. Take it out and place it in a bowl or jar. Serve it for breakfast with toast.
TIPS:
You can store the extra in air tight containers for upto a week.
