A delightful dessert using plums and almonds.
INGREDIENTS
10-12 soaked badams
7-8 soaked raisins
METHOD:
TIPS: Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber, and are good source of phosphorous. Plums are plentiful in minerals like potassium, fluoride and iron.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup badam (almonds)
- 5-6 plums
- 1 cup low-fat cream
- 1 and 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 4-5 apricots
- 4-5 raisins soaked\
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- For garnishing :

METHOD:
- Soak raisins and apricot in water for about 1 hour. Soak rice and badams in water overnight.
- Grind soaked rice with little milk to a smooth paste.
- Grind badams with little water to smooth paste.
- Finely chop plums. Also, chop half of the soaked raisins and apricots.
- In saucepan, add milk and bring to boil. Keep on stiring milk till it starts to get thicken.
- Add grinded rice, add grinded badams bring to boil.
- Add cream, sugar, chopped raisins, apricots, half of the chopped plums.
- Cook it for other 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Let it cool down at room temperature and keep it in refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
- Garnish it with soaked badams, raisins, apricots, chopped plums and serve chilled.
