Don't have a lot of options for breakfast? This really easy and simple recipe will help you out in tight spots, you only need 3 basic ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
1. White bread
2. Butter
3. Sugar
METHOD:
1. Coat both sides of the bread slice generously with butter, as many slices as you want.
2. Heat the pan, and spread sugar on one side of the buttered bread and put the sugar coated side down onto the pan. Keep for a few minutes on low to medium flame. Spread sugar on the other side before turning it over. Both sides should be a dark golden brown in colour.
3. Allow to cool and harden, and enjoy!
TIPS:
1. Be careful with caramel, it burns more than boiling water.
2. You can break the break up and use it in cereals or desserts.
